Advance Payment

We require an advance payment of 30-50% of the total project cost at the time of contract acceptance. This advance payment is non-refundable once the contract is accepted.
Project Completion

Upon completion of the project, a preview version of the final product will be provided for your review.

If there are any issues with the preview version, it is essential to bring them to our attention immediately. We will address these concerns promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Final Payment and Delivery

Once all issues (if any) with the preview version are resolved and you are satisfied, the remaining balance of the payment is due.

Upon receipt of the final payment, the final files will be delivered to you.

After you have approved the final files and the final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made, both advance and final, are non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect the time and resources invested in your project.
